I am an NVQ YMCA Personal Trainer. I am also qualified in Hatha Yoga and am a certified Massage Therapist. I have a broad spectrum of clients from all walks of life and I am passionate about fitness, helping people achieve their goals and bringing out the best in them. My main focus is that of building core stability, correcting posture and breathing, learning to fuse strength and flexibility and promoting mental relaxation, flowing movement and better balance.
I am a very professional, friendly and positive person who is diligent, reliable and always works with safety in mind. I love dance and music and always aim to incorporate music and rhythm into my personal training sessions.
